DuVine Philanthropy
DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. Proudly Sponsors the PMC
DuVine is proud to be the Offical Bike Tour Operator of the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge (PMC). In 2012 DuVine provided financial support of more than $50,000 to this annual bike-a-thon that raises more money for cancer research than any other single athletic fundraiser in the country. The PMC, the original bike-a-thon in the United States, donated $37 million in 2012 to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute—and has contributed $375 million since its inception in 1980!
As we find adventure, friendship and inspiration through biking around the world, the PMC has made biking a vehicle for change in the fight against cancer. The PMC and its more than 5,000 cyclists, 3,000 volunteers and 240,000 donors will now count amongst its ranks members of the DuVine team.
There is no better partnership for DuVine than to join the PMC. The world is our community and our travelers are our friends. This is why we feel it is our responsibility to take action in the fight against cancer and ride in honor of all of our colleagues, friends and family members impacted by cancer. This is why we will continue to support the PMC in 2013 and beyond.

Loop the Lake for Literacy
Loop the Lake for Literacy is a charity bicycle event that loops around Lake Okeechobee to help raise funds to support the literacy programs of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, whose mission is to improve the quality of life in the community by promoting and achieving literacy. Their goal is to ensure that every child and every adult in Palm Beach County becomes A READER.
Lake Okeechobee is the second largest lake in the United States. The view is stunning and it’s a great place for a bicycle ride. Event routes are set up for both the beginner and the advanced rider—including chip timing. Choose the ride best suited to your abilities and come on out for a day of fun. Join us on Saturday, February 23, 2013 as we Loop the Lake for Literacy.
