Davide Frulloni

Born in Lausanne, Switzerland with French being his first language, Davide moved to the Salento, Puglia region with his Italian parents at the age of 7.   He was then immersed in the Italian culture from that day until he was 18. He spent another 2 years in Lausanne, Switzerland and then decided to make a challenging decision and move to Perth, Scotland where he worked in the catering and restaurant trade.  It was here that he loved to share the recipes from his childhood that he had learned from his Italian mother. After marrying a Scottish woman and many vacations in Puglia, the couple decided their the Puglia area was too strong and moved there in 2005 to enjoy the local cuisine, culture and embark upon a new lifestyle change. His new love is for biking, cuisine and sharing the pleasures of the Puglia area with a wider audience.There are not many regions in Italy that you can hear an Italian speaking English with a Scottish accent and that's the fun part of it!
