Hailing from England, TKD, as we affectionately call him, leads DuVine cycling tours in France and Ireland, and he certainly knows a thing or two about food. Over the course of two years, Tom rode his bike across the United States and all the way down through Mexico and Central America, across Colombia and Brazil, finally ending his journey in Rio de Janeiro.
