As you cycle along the vine-covered Langhe hills of Piedmont, stopping at the vineyard for a taste of Barolo and Barbera or bask in the beauty of the Provençal countryside while sampling the local briny olives and truffles in the sun-bathed markets of Saint Rémy, your fellow cyclist and chef will be garnering inspiration from the freshest of local ingredients and wines along the way.

Work alongside your chef in a private cooking class as you prepare your mid-day meal, with a glass of Sagrantino or Orvieto in hand, of course. In the evenings, our chefs will treat you to inspired creations that combine their unique style and technique with the local ambience and native ingredients.
