CuisineAfter a day spent feasting your senses, we invite you simply to feast. Our dining experience is pure pleasure after a day of cycling. Like everything else we do on our bicycle trips, meals are unique and authentic. Our dinners are at the top restaurants in each region, from a Michelin starred 14th-century cellar where the sommelier takes you to see his private wine collection, to a local bistro where you can smell the passion of cuisine and are greeted like family! Enjoy the combination of elegant restaurants and hip bistros. Some are world famous, and others are best kept secrets. We typically order off the menu, unless the chef creates something special just for us. While we dine together most nights, slipping into a quiet booth for two or ordering in is also an option.
