Moderate to Challenging Riding

The DuVine Provence bicycle trip is rated Moderate to Challenging. Most of the cycling is manageable with only one or two hills a day allowing beautiful photo opportunities such as the 19 BC Pont de Gard, and the Les Baux fortress carved from the limestone mountain. It becomes slightly more challenging around the Les Baux and St Remy midway through the week. DuVine van/guides will be there to assist all riders at all times. The riding on our Provence Classic tour passes the Pont de Gard, roman vestiges, cypress and olive trees, and markets. Distances range from 21 to 45 miles with longer options each day.
