Mas de la Rose Le Mas de la Rose is a little piece of authentic Provence. Situated 5 minutes from the wonderful village of Eygalières, in 75 acres of parkland with pine trees, olive trees and lavender bushes, it is a 17th-century hamlet of fully renovated converted sheepfolds, where visitors are welcomed and invited to enjoy the very best that life has to offer. An oasis of calm, bathed in light, Le Mas de la Rose was made for pleasure. Here, time stands still. Le Castellas The hostelry “Le Castellas”, a 17th century residence, is located on a small street at the heart of the village of Collias, an old village of Provence. Several old houses perfectly restored. Here, the wisteria covered terrace is the ideal spot for breakfast in the morning light, while in the evening, in the velvet atmosphere of subdued lights, savour the cuisine of our chef, full of colour, flavour and fragrance. The “Le Castellas” is a place of dreams where life is pleasant, an ideal place of inspiration for artists, painters, and sculptors. This little universe thrills the heart even more when Chantal and Raymond Aparis receive you as friends with warmth and smiles. Mas de l’Oulivié Beautiful, generous and precious trees, drenched by the warm Mediterranean light and swept by the mistral, the olive trees are the treasure of the Alpilles and of the Mas de l’Oulivié! Each autumn they produce sweet oil with a woodland fragrance and a fruity aroma of truffles and dried fruits. Set inside the olive grove that surrounds the Mas, you will find a beautifully landscaped swimming-pool that will take you by surprise with large rocks, a beach reaching into the water and a built in spa. Looking out to the chalky rock hillsides, the view from the sun loungers is just exceptionnal. To each room its own identity and its own harmony. With a view over the Alpilles or onto the magnificently landscaped garden, each room boasts its colours : from wonderful contrasting between oranges, yellows and reds, the subtle balancing between the greys, blues and greens and with a touch of romanticism in the antique pinks and mauves. |
