The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking no matter where you look. Later in the afternoon we will go to visit “Jean Claude” for a wine and cheese tasting at his wine bar - a great introduction to the locals! Swiss wines are fresh, young and full of aromas, the perfect accompaniment to the best Swiss cheeses. Dinner will be held at le “Chalet des Ecovets” serving regional dishes and distinctive suggestions for your culinary enjoyment.
Day 4 - SKI ITALY
We head to yet another country today as our adventure brings us to Italy and the Valle D’Aosta, famous for its food and wines. Start the day skiing day at the beautiful spot of Super St. Bernard (Switzerland) - a spot primarily known only to locals and the home of the famous avalanche rescue dogs. After a few runs in Switzerland we descend a 12 kilometer run and end up in Italy! Don't forget your passport! Lunch at the “Croix Blanche Tavern” with its fresh antipasti, Chateaubriand grilled on the stone and the best tiramisu on earth. After lunch, a bus will pick you up and drive you back to Switzerland. Tonight back in Villars, you will have the night off to explore the town. Greg would be more than happy to recommend some of his local favorite suggestions for dining and exploring.

Not to mention, the mid-section is one the longest slopes of the Alps at 4 miles long and the lower section is covered by pine forest and waterfalls. If the weather cooperates, we will have lunch outside. Tonight on our last dinner together, you will experience a 100% authentic Swiss meal at “le refuge de Solalex” for cheese fondue. This delightful refuge is hidden in the mountain - you will snowmobile on the way up and sled on the way down!
