The Daily Yoga with Sarah Bond
Begin each day with energizing yoga to prepare the mind and body
for fun-filled days of biking and touring the beautiful vineyards.
Stretches and exercises are designed to enhance the biking experience.
The yoga sessions will also involve meditation and breathing exercises
to ignite the spirit. We'll ease into our evenings with a gentle
and meditative yoga session. The yoga is designed for people of

Style of Yoga
You'll enjoy invigorating classes that will uplift your soul and strengthen your body. The lessons are designed for people of all levels and experience. The yoga sessions will vary, we will combine flowing movement sequences (vinyasa) with slow sustained stretches to enhance the biking experience. Additionally, much emphasis is placed on breath work and mind/body awareness. Classes will vary, we will start the day with an energizing session and end the evening with a gentle meditative practice that involves stretching and relaxation.
DuVine Yoga Instructor: Sarah Bond
Sarah C. Bond is a Nutrition and Health Counselor with a growing private practice in Hoboken, NJ where she is a resident. She has been an avid student of health and nutrition most of her adult life and her formal education includes the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, The Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York City and a B.A. from Rowan University, Glassboro NJ.
Sarah specializes in nutrition and health for young active adults, the connection between mood and food and deconstructing food cravings. In her practice Sarah works with clients to empower them to make food and lifestyle choices to create a healthier life. She assists them in achieving their highest potential by providing a competent, supportive one-on-one relationship.
As a yoga instructor she is able to complete the mind, body, spirit connection necessary in keeping balance and harmony in our lives. Sarah's yoga teaching and training is in Vinyasa style. Teaching all levels from beginners to advanced Sarah's style brings inspiration to the new student while keeping the more advanced student focused on deepening their practiced. Co-teaching on various other retreats both domestic and abroad giving her the experience of yoga outside of traditional studios.

She also teaches several healthy cooking classes at the Urban Kitchen in Hoboken, NJ, has a passion for travel, biking and other cultures cuisines.

Am I fit enough for the biking and yoga?
The bike tour is rated as intermediate-easy level trip. The average
daily biking distance is 23miles or about 35-45km. This usually
requires 3-5 hours of pedaling per day. The yoga is designed all
levels of experience. Remember, yoga is non-competitive, so you
go at your own pace.
