We cycle out of the city to meet locals inspired by this land – a revolutionary winemaker who put his country on every oenophile’s map, a beer brewer with a worldwide following despite his modest operation, and a trout farmer who invites us to lunch. On the bike, we’ll meander through the prestigious Lujàn de Cuyo and Uco Valley vineyards, stopping to taste their vintages.
