Northern Patagonia

Day 1:  Arrival
Your guides will meet you at the San Carlos De Bariloche Airport and bring you to the charming Rio Hermoso Lodge (2 hour transfer).  Along the way to the hotel we will stop for lunch at Boliche Viejo, the legend goes that this restaurant was supposedly owed by Butch Cassidy (legendary bank robber).  After settling into the hotel we will toast to a great week of adventure while overlooking a panoramic view of the lake.  We will depart from the hotel for a bike ride to Meliquina Lake.  You will finish the day with dinner at the lodge.

Day 2: Lakes Route - San Martin and Lacar Lake
This morning begins with a visit to San Martin de los Andes.  This is a Beautiful downhill bike ride that allows you to take in the scenic views of this wild region.  We will stop along the way for a picnic lunch along Lacar Lake.  After lunch we will continue our ride back to the hotel or if you would prefer transfer back in the van.  This evening enjoy a traditional Pampa barbeque, sure to leave you satisfied after a long day!

Day 3: Lakes Route – Villa da Angostura
After breakfast this morning, set out on another adventure to further discover the lakes region of Patagonia.  Today’s ride we will pass by Falkner, Hermoso, Villarino, Espero and Correntoso Rivers.  We will stop along the way to enjoy a fresh pastry from Quintupuray, a small indigenous village.  Enjoy a gourmet picnic along the shores of Espejo Lake.  Transfer to Correntoso Lodge.  The evening is yours to enjoy in town.

Day 4: Arrayanes Forest and Península de Quetrihué
Today we depart on a private boat for a visit to the Arrayanes National Park.  We will ride to the Arrayanes Woods and will explore on foot.  After the hike, pedal to lookout point for stunning views of the park.  Continue onto Bahia Brava Restaurant for lunch.  This evening dine at restaurant Las Balsas.

Day 5: Bariloche
After breakfast this morning, transfer to Bariloche and settle in to the Llao Llao Hotel.  After lunch, we will go for a bike ride through the woodlands and visit the observatory of the Villa.  This evening, celebrate a fantastic week exploring the region with a farewell dinner at restaurant Tinto Bistro.

Day 6: Bariloche
After breakfast this morning, perhaps you will head home or decide to extend with us on a post-trip to the lovely city of Buenos Aires, Santiago Chile or even the Amazon.  We will transfer you to the airport for your next adventure.  At DuVine, we are able to cater to your requests for personalization both pre and post-trip - just ask our travel coordinators today!
