In 1996, Andy Levine started DuVine to share what he had realized during a post-college cycling trip in Burgundy, France: in order to really know a place, you have to know its people, its cafés, its villages, and its cuisine—the good things in life. The innate vision for every DuVine tour is to show travelers how much authentic character you can find if you know where to look.

DuVine’s luxury bike tours focus on exceptional food and wine experiences, thoughtfully designed itineraries, and top-quality gear and support. Andy believes that everyone should have the opportunity to travel the world by bike and to focus on the simple pleasures: enjoying food grown right where you eat it on the farm, spending time talking with a grandmother whose memories are a treasure trove, and experiencing the uncommon, authentic moments that make travel meaningful.

Our philosophy is to form meaningful human connections across cultures. With cycling guides who understand each region deeply and offer up their personal community, DuVine is tapped into the family-run restaurants, less-traveled routes, and boutique accommodations—like farmhouses or live-aboard yachts. It makes for a deeper understanding of a region that transcends tourism, full of simple, genuine, and intimate moments that you can carry with you—always.
