Hailing from the Médoc area of Bordeaux, Didier is a connoisseur of the region’s terroir. He studied at wine school in Saint-Émilion before a 10-year stint as a cook. He then received a sports diploma in order to start guiding through the Bordeaux vineyards. During his tenure, he’s come to know every road, vineyard, and winemaker across Bordeaux, spoiling everyone he meets with decades of expertise and his true joie de vivre.
Didier is obsessed with what it means to travel in an authentic way. He is passionate about sharing a genuine experience with guests, and believes that biking is the best way to connect with nature, meet people, and discover a country.
