“And if I started life by pursuing what truly inspires me what would unfold?” Marco pondered this question after leaving behind a thriving career as a marketing and sales manager. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a desire to discover the world, Marco embarked on a solo epic cycling journey from Europe to Indonesia and back. Over three years and three months, he traversed 33 countries, cycled 25,000 kilometers, and sailed another 12,000 kilometers.

Today, Marco resides in Sardinia, a captivating Mediterranean island where nature and tradition harmonize. Cycling is not merely a pastime for Marco but an enduring passion; he is a certified MTB instructor and an official Sardinian bike guide. Beyond his professional credentials, Marco views cycling as a profound means of connection with local communities, uncovering cherished customs and traditions, a way to immerse himself in nature and foster a deeper connection with his inner self.
