Originally from San Jose, California, Owen grew up exposed to a fantastic amount of diversity and culture from around the world. That combined with having some amazing state and national parks close by only grew his passion for traveling and adventure.
During high school, Owen ventured to Northern Germany to study abroad and live with a host family for a year. There he learned the power of being fully immersed into a culture and language.
Owen studied Hospitality Management at the University of South Carolina and found himself evermore interested in the the business of creating memories and experiences. It was at South Carolina where he also met his wonderful girlfriend, Madison, who hails from Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Together they decided to move to Boston where Owen then found DuVine.
