Vítek Procházka

Vitek was born in Prague, Czech Republic and has remained there most of his life. During his travel and tourism studies he began guiding mostly bike and rafting trips all around Europe. Through his years in the office of a travel agency, guiding remained an important part of his life. Eventually, Vitek recognized his love for direct interaction with people, so he left the office for New Zealand where he lived and worked as a guide. While there he realized that despite Australia’s many wonders, his only home would ever be the Czech Republic. In the last six years, he has spent spring and summer guiding bike tours through this small but beautiful country. In the winter and fall, he travels and guides in the mountains of the planet’s warmer regions. When not on a bike, you can find Vitek rafting or behind the lens of his camera.
