Maya Baker

Maya is a California native who has enjoyed traveling her entire life. From an early age Maya was able to travel to Central America and the Far East, and developed a love for exploring new places, people and cultures. Maya graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Economics. In college, Maya took some time to study abroad in London and traveled extensively throughout Western Europe. With roots in California, and many visits to France and Italy, Maya has developed a taste for regional wines and fine cuisine. In her free time Maya enjoys cooking and spending time with her dog. Maya studied Accounting and Business at Suffolk University, and is very excited to be working with such a great team at DuVine!

Megan Robinson

Megan attended the University of New Hampshire where she first caught the travel bug while participating in a study abroad in Brisbane, Australia. She graduated with a degree in hospitality management and has experience working at a luxury hotel in downtown Boston. Since graduating in 2006, Megan has traveled throughout Europe, various Caribbean islands and Belize. She recently visited her sister in Seville & Barcelona, Spain and fell in love with the Spanish culture and became hooked on tapas and sangria. After visiting the Torres Winery outside of Barcelona, she discovered her current favorite wine, Torres Vina Esmeralda. Megan joined the DuVine team in the summer of 2010 and is excited to share her love of travel with others.

Mia Liefeld

Originally from Southern California, Mia was raised on visits to Gilroy to taste garlic ice cream, drives up the California Coast for olallieberry pie in Cambria, and impulse trips to Mexico’s Rosarito Beach inspired by her dad’s sudden lobster cravings. When she found herself in Massachusetts for college, she soothed the culture shock with rides on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and an introduction to wine by way of Boston’s thriving culinary scene.

She traveled the US as a college recruiter, becoming familiar with cities from Seattle to San Antonio. Work trips fueled the desire to explore more distant shores: first came the town squares of Prague, then the Mayan ruins of Copán, and the countryside of southwest France where she learned to love Armagnac and ate her fill of cherries right off the tree.

Whenever she plans her next trip, she starts with what and where to eat, finding that the character of every destination closely follows its food. It’s a philosophy perfectly aligned with DuVine’s—the pasta with anchovies truly tastes like Cinque Terre, and the txakoli poured from above shows what San Sebastian is all about.

Radka Ramain

Radka Ramain received a track and field scholarship at the age of 14 and left home to spend one year in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Since then she knew that there is too much to see and explore beyond her native country, the former Czechoslovakia.

After she graduated with a Masters of English and physical education, she lived, worked, and travelled across the United States, finally settling down in San Francisco. She loved the vibe of the city, the food, the biking culture, and the outdoors philosophy. She saved money and backpacked through South East Asia, India, and Indonesia for one year. The diversity of cultures, places, different cuisines, and the pleasure of the simplicity of life led her to a desire to work in the travel industry. If you add a passion for biking, pleasure of discovering local culture, food, and wines, and happiness to share it all, you become a guide. She guided in France, Croatia, and the Czech republic for several years before now finding her role as a guide manager and motivator.

Now she is settled in France in a small Provençal village and is surrounded by olive trees and lavender fields, and great vineyards. Life can really be divine.

Sybille Steiner

Sybille is a native of Austria and grew up near the town of Salzburg.  She has been involved in the hospitality industry all her life, starting out early by helping run her parents’ guest house located in a well known ski resort in the Austrian Alps.  After graduating from Hotel & Tourism Management School, she spent a few years working in luxury hotels.

She was bit by the travel bug after a 6 month stay in London and set out to explore Asia, where she ended up meeting her husband.  After moving to the Boston area, Sybille has held multiple management position in the travel industry, most recently with an Italian Destination Management Company.

Growing up in an outdoors paradise, Sybille has always loved nature and being active.  She and her family enjoy exploring the mountains of New England by hiking, skiing and biking.

Tom Coppock

Tom Coppock is a Vermont native who fell in love with bike touring during a 4,000-mile trip across Europe by bike. With a degree in European History from Dartmouth College, Tom loves discussing everything from medieval monasticism to the French Revolution. Whether poring over maps or out exploring on the bike, he spends nearly all his free time plotting new ways to thrill guest cyclists, showing them the undiscovered country lanes and isolated hamlets that make bike touring so rewarding. Tom has been with DuVine working in the Boston office and around the world leading and developing tours since 2007.
