Born in Italy to an Italian father and a German mother, Stefano mostly grew up in France on the border with Switzerland. Constant exposure to a multitude of neighboring cultures made him passionate about history, gastronomy, linguistics, customs, and mindsets that differ from one country to another. He realized that the best way to learn and experience these was to live them first hand, and so he combined this with his other great passion: cycling. Stefano started bike touring whenever possible, first around Europe and then abroad. Every new encounter is an opportunity to share passion!
