through a stunningly beautiful countryside peppered with timeless
medieval villages and fairytale castles that propel you into another
time. Along the way, we’ll pause to admire a rich tapestry
of cultural treasures and natural wonders including the Lednice-Valtice
cultural landscape and Palava Hill’s Biosphere Reservation,
both protected by UNESCO. Ride the once-forbidden Iron Curtain
Road. And en route to Vienna, pedal one of the region’s
most beautiful byways, the vineyard-lined Veltliner, into Austria’s
famed wine capital of Poysdorf. On our pastoral route, there’ll
be no shortage of hidden wine cellars so we can taste the region’s
renowned vintages and honey-flavored mead … and no shortage
of pampering at our luxury hotels and spa resorts.
