Rioja Bike Tour Rating
Moderate to Challenging Riding
The DuVine Adventures Rioja, Spain bicycle trip is rated Moderate to Challenging. The bike tour consists of epic Spanish countryside; rolling hills up to gorgeous vistas and on quiet country roads alongside small villages and vineyards. The majority of the cycling will be passing historic villages, famous bodegas (stopping for an occasional tasting, of course) and pausing to speak with the locals in their fields. Due to the nature of the terrain, daily itineraries have some hills, and the cycling distances range from 22 to 45 miles per day, with options for more riding. We do have some van transfers as some distances are too long for one day. The Rioja cycling tour is spent on quiet roads, with magnificent scenery and of course your two knowledgeable DuVine guides will be there to assist you at all times.
