Brian Staby

Brian grew up in the San Francisco Bay and spent the last 25 years in Santa Rosa—the gateway to California wine country. He served over 20 years in the Santa Rosa Fire Department and recently retired in the rank of Captain. Brian is a cyclocross racer and has logged thousands of hours of training on the roads of both Napa and Sonoma counties. Riding in Northern California is a dream, thanks to the year-round riding weather.

Brian has also traveled around the United States and world to ride his bike. He’s competed in cyclocross races in the U.S. and participated in such MTB races as the Cape Epic and Trans Andes. “Riding to eat” is his mantra, and what better place to ride with Brian than Northern California wine country with its abundance of amazing food and wine?
