Day One: Welcome to Chile!
Your guides will meet you at the airport in Temuco, and we’ll drive to the town of Pucón where our cycling trip begins. After a short transfer from the hotel you’ll be treated to a light lunch while we introduce you to the region and get you excited about the days to come. Then the essentials: bike fitting, safety talk, and map review. Our first ride takes us up to the shores of Lake Caburgua where we’ll break for photos. Shortly after we’ll begin our descent back down the valley with the Villarrica Volcano at center focus. Tonight we’ll taste some traditional Chilean cuisine featuring local and organic produce at one of our favorite restaurants in downtown Pucón.
