  • Day 1

    Pelješac Peninsula and Island Mljet

    Meet your guides in Dubrovnik and enjoy a coastal transfer to Pelješac Peninsula where we step aboard our private boat! Toast to your arrival as we cruise to the exceptionally scenic Island of Mljet, a dreamlike island of natural beauty. From here we’ll set off on our first ride, pedaling atop ridges with stunning views of the glistening Adriatic Sea. Spin along quite roads where aromas of cascading Aleppo pines carry you past saltwater lakes and centuries-old vineyards. Sip on an espresso portside in one of Croatia’s last paradises before motoring over to Korčula for the night.

  • Day 2


    Wake up to watch the sunrise over the Adriatic or sleep in before enjoying a hearty breakfast. We’ll start the day with a loop ride to Pupnat, one of the oldest settlements on the island and home to our friends the Farac family. We’ll savor some of their handmade pastas, smoked meats, and delicious goat cheeses. Pedal back to Korčula Town where clusters of homes carved out of local stone make up this medieval Dalmatian town. Continue along the coast on a gentle ride to the fishing village of Lumbarda. Here we’ll taste the prized Grk wine, a variety that grows exclusively on the island. Unroll your towel and bask in the golden sun then dip into the crystal blue waters that surround this former Greek colony. Tonight’s dinner features ingredients foraged along the Adriatic coasts with bold flavors from the sea and indigenous produce.

  • Day 3

    Korčula and Hvar Town

    Today we cycle west from Korčula Town, passing through miles of vineyards and olive groves. We’ll stop to taste the famed pošip grape that produces exceptional white wines. Enjoy lunch surrounded by Mediterranean flora with spectacular views of Croatia’s greenest archipelago. Weave in and out of coves past sandy beaches and through charming seaside villages. Descend into the harbor town of Vela Luka where we’ll raise a glass before transferring by private boat to the nearby island of Hvar. Catch the fading light with a glass of sparkling wine and observe from above as this small port town comes to life. Tonight, Chef Ivo introduces us to traditional recipes and modern style cooking at his konoba.

  • Day 4

    Island Vis and Blue Cave

    Our morning begins with a cruise by private boat to Vis, one of the most isolated and pristine islands in the Adriatic. Delight in some of the unique culinary specialties and local wines of the island. Pedal along the beautiful countryside with views of unspoiled beaches and citrus orchards that dot the landscape. Take to the sea for an amazing glimpse of life below the surface. Snorkel the Blue Cave on the island Biševo, named for the natural blue light which illuminates the cave and causes objects beneath the surface to shimmer in shades of silver and pink. In the afternoon, with the sun at our backs, gently carve through the Pakleni Otoci island chain. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing before we head off to the Paklinski Islands for an exclusive dinner overlooking the endless blue sea.

  • Day 5

    Island Hvar Bike Ride and Split

    Enjoy a relaxing breakfast as the golden sun warms the marbled streets and walls of this small bay town. The ride starts with an ascent to a stunning panoramic view of the karst landscape and surrounding islands. Continue to cycle on quiet roads lined with vibrant lavender fields until we reach the old seaside village of Jelsa where we’ll stop for lunch. Then it’s off for a spin along the jagged coast, eventually rolling inland to Stari Grad. Explore the cultural highlights of one of the oldest Greek towns in the Adriatic. From here we’ll board our private boat for one final charter through the Gates of Split. Explore Split’s unique cityscape molded by centuries of diverse rulers, from the Romans and Byzantines to the Venetians and Austrians. We’ll regroup in the evening for a toast to an amazing week and a festive final dinner.

  • Day 6


    It’s our last day, enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax or go for a final stroll around town. Your guides will then transfer you to the airport and bid you farewell as you head on to your next destination.
