Dining will be a diverse feast of traditional bistros, tapas bars, and Michelin restaurants accompanied by the great wines of Rioja.

Tour by Day

Day One: Welcome to Green Spain
Your DuVine guides will greet you at either of our recommended hotels in downtown Bilbao, and then we’re off to our charming Relais & Châteaux hotel in the delightful village of Ezcaray. We’ll cycle to the Valganon family boutique to admire and acquire a few of their haute-couture mohair scarfs, and then we’ll ride along the banks of the Rio Oja. Enjoy lunch at the hotel’s gastronomic restaurant, El Portal, for a momentous Michelin-starred meal created for us by Chef Francis Paniego and accompanied by a selection of excellent Rioja wines. This evening, enjoy tapas in town and do some exploring on your own.

This afternoon we’ll visit an authentic Riojan personality for a private visit and tasting.
